Princes from another planet

I am the prince from another planet:
Playing hop, I meandered into this valley.
Clueless, I'm figuring out my way:
Intimidated by the light and noise,
Keeping my eyes always closed,
And my fists always clenched.
That night, I closed my eyes:
Fondly reminiscing the odour and love
Of the planet that I came from -

My heart filled with longing:
Craving for the familiarity and quiet.
While I was lost in this nostalgia,
A tiny petal soothered me
My soul stirred with the hug
Of a tender jelly so full of love
"Ah! That familiarity", I burst into tears,
The jelly rustled my hair
And patted on my neck
Reassuring:
"Bud! I also swayed and came down
As a little prince from another planet.
This planet is not too bad after all,
Together let's relive new memories"
